The Bougie Bar does not accept returns, exchanges, or issue refunds due to the nature of our products and the personal use associated with them.  If you receive a product that you consider defective or an error, please send us an email at msbougiebar@thebougiebar.com.  We value our customers and will work with you to resolve any concerns.

If the item is an error on our part, we will gladly accommodate you.

If for some reason your package is returned, you are responsible for the fees associated with reshipping.  It is imperative that you double check to make sure that your address is correct before checking out.

Every order will receive a tracking number which will be emailed to you.  Please ensure that you have submitted the best email address for correspondence.

The Bougie Bar is not responsible for damaged or lost packages due to USPS error.  

We are currently only servicing the United States.  Please check back for international postal information as we are working on it.
